Because Jeff got away, for a very long time, Tony decides to rewrite history... Through Maxwell's saver thingy...

I just wanna say that in my defense that he doesn't seem to care because Maxwell is the most useless person ever... For no reason at all...
I just don't see why you send someone with a crappy key knowing it's not going to work... Plus I couldn't remember his name if anyone's wondering why his name wasn't there...

I find it bizarre how Maxwell saves Jeff's game... I mean, we don't know how <strike>Ninten</strike> Ness' Dad saves the game, he just does... The way Maxwell does is fairly volatile... You leave it lying around for anybody to alter "save data" XD
